Where is The Retreat Salon and Spa located?
We are located at 2200 NW 9th Street in Corvallis, Oregon.
Where should I park?
We have convenient and free client parking at our location. In the rare case that all our designated parking is occupied, there is also free street parking.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
No problem! We just ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
What if I'm late to my appointment?
We will accommodate you if we can, but your service provider may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late to ensure they have enough time to complete your service to our standards before their next client arrives.
Can I bring my child, or friend, to my appointment?
We will do our best to accommodate an extra seat on the styling floor for friends, however during our busiest hours there may not be enough space and additional people may need to be seated in the waiting area. Life happens, and sometimes you need to bring your child to your hair appointment, we get it! Please just keep in mind that the salon is not child proof, we have hot irons on, sharp scissors and razors, and chemicals being mixed and applied. To ensure safety, children do need to remain with you at all times during your appointment and may not wait in the seating area without a guardian.
Can I bring my dog to my appointment?
We wish! Unfortunately Oregon has a strict no-dogs-allowed policy for salons.
What is your return policy?
You can return products with 30 days of purchase for salon credit redeemable for products or services.
